My First Day at School

I Cried

Even though

We All wore 

The same uniform

more like

A Stain 

on 

My White Dress

I ran Home

Lunch Time..

The next Day

I stayed away from School

My Mum told me

"Be Proud"

"Keep your Head held High"

She Loved Me

My Daily walk

That School felt long...

I got to Know every Crack

The Pavement

I looked forward

to 

Seeing the Lovely Tiny Yellow Flowers

Growing 

in 

All those spaces...

The Playground felt a Cruel Place

Be...

I didn't get The Jokes

We seemed to speak a different Language

I felt very Alone...

Not sure how I did it

Moving

Those painful Years?

Now I am Older
