Into the Forest's deepest Green
Sacred Retreat so serene
Pondering Life all it's woes
My hidden thoughts No one knows
Cut by brambles bruised through falls
I'm tired of building defensive walls
Alone in a muddle Anxiety Tossed
In this moment I'm Feeling Lost
Then in the distance Birdsong I hear
A Call quite quiet but oh so Clear
I follow Her Chirp A Guide is She
Still small voice Sweet Mystery
Blessings She brings on this Shortest Night
Sunrise beckons Abundant Light
